The carrier used for your order is based on your location, the shipping option selected, and product availability.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and delivery speed. Below are typical delivery timelines:

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses: Only available via USPS.
  • P.O. Boxes: Only available via USPS.

We currently do not offer international shipping, but are working on expanding our services.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website:

  • FedEx Tracking

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. However, we’ll do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at thestylishb@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Include your order number and tracking number.
  • We’ll coordinate with the carrier to file a claim and provide a replacement or refund, if applicable.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
