Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or store credit.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage
- Returns must include the original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Contact us at thestylishb@yahoo.com to initiate a return.
- Package the item(s) securely with the original tags and any original packaging.
- Ship it using the return label provided, or send it to the return address listed in your confirmation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit (depending on your preference).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process once approved.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refund Policy for International Orders
All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders due to the complexity and cost of cross-border shipping.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thestylishb@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
- We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by your country — these are collected at checkout and non-refundable.
- If a package is refused or undeliverable and returned to us, a restocking fee may apply and original shipping is non-refundable.
